“The backup report is a great tool to monitor all of the computers in my environment, so having it delivered to my inbox every day is excellent,” said Richard Blades, Managing Director at RGB Solutions Ltd.
Retrospect Virtual now supports file-level granular restore for virtual machines. In the past, IT administrators needed to restore an entire virtual machine to extract a single file from it. With RunDirect, this VM restore was fast, but now with Granular Restore, administrators can skip the VM restore altogether.
“These product updates ensure our customers are completely protected on the latest systems with additional features like database protection, daily backup report emails, and VM file-level restore,” said Jean-Christian Dumas, Vice President of Worldwide Sales. “With Retrospect, our customers know that their business's digital assets are safe from accidents, hardware failure, theft, disaster, and ransomware.”
