| Notes | It is recommended that users have Retrospect Driver Update 2.4 or later when using this drive. This driver update incorporates improvements which decrease the chances of encountering "error -206 (dirty heads, bad media)". | There is an incompatibiltiy with the OnStream Echo drives and Retrospect RDU 3.4.106 and later. Users will encounter -105 errors when comparing tapes. Dantz is working to resolve this problem. In the meantime, DI-30 users should remove the RDU from their systems, this drive will work perfectly with Retrospect 6.0 and no RDU. |
