| Notes | It is recommended that users experiencing frequent hangs with VXA drives update drive firmware to V11100 or later for VXA-1 drives or V12101 or later for VXA-2 drives. These firmware releases contain drive updates which may solve hang issues. Users with Retrospect 6.0 for Macintosh should use Retrospect Driver Update 5.2.101 or later. This update contains a fix which prevents hangs due to improper data transfer size.
