Installing Windows ADK and WinPE for Retrospect Disaster Recovery

To create the bootable recovery disk for a Retrospect based disaster recovery, you will need to download and install some software from Microsoft.

1. You will have to install the Windows ADK for Windows 10.
2. Once that is complete, then install the WinPE add-on.

These installers should be run using the default options.

Below are the links to download the latest supported Windows ADK version.

Download the Windows ADK for Windows 10, version 2004:

After these items are installed, return to the Retrospect Prepare for Disaster Recovery wizard and click Next.
