A 6 Gbps SAS interface enables the PowerVault™ LTO-6 to connect to PowerEdge™ servers, and you can upgrade from previous versions easily thanks to read/write compatibility with LTO-5 media and read compatibility with LTO-4. Device-level encryption helps to eliminate the necessity and cost of software-based encryption.
