PLEASANTON, Calif.—November 5, 2013—Retrospect is celebrating its 25-year relationship with channel resellers. Retrospect Backup & Recovery Software was first released to the North American Macintosh community in 1988. Its market has since grown to Mac, Windows and Linux communities in over 80 countries worldwide.
“We are extremely proud that so many resellers around the globe see the value of Retrospect for their customers. Our goal is to continue providing our partners world class support through our partner program that maximizes their business opportunities in the SMB market,” said Matt Johnson, Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
Retrospect today announced their new Minisite Assistant—an easily-implementable and zero-maintenance sales tool designed to increase end-user product awareness and generate leads for reseller partners.
The Minisite Program provides a unique way to create tailored Retrospect web pages that provide specific product details, competitive information, downloadable trials, and marketing collateral in a matter of minutes. The simple yet robust “Minisite Assistant” walks the partner through a brief series of questions, and then generates tailored HTML code. Content is loaded directly from the Retrospect.com website, guaranteeing that reseller minisites will remain current at all times.
“We're very excited about offering this tool to our partners, as they frequently face resource challenges in keeping third-party content current on their websites,” said Matt Johnson. “Our goal is help them capitalize on opportunities in the SMB market with this easy-to-use, all inclusive sales tool.”
Retrospect's latest update to its Windows and Mac products includes full support for the recent release of Microsoft® Windows 8.1 and Apple® OS X Mavericks, as well as significant improvements for both platforms.
