While this is being investigated, the current workaround is to power up the LaCie AIT device after the Mac boots up. This drive requires a minimum firmware version of 1.34 for the external bridge for use with Retrospect 5.0 on Mac OS 10.x. This drive is not supported on Windows ME. Having the LaCie drive connected via USB 1.1/2.0 and powered on has caused Windows ME to blue screen in some instances. |
