Today, we released a new version of Retrospect for Apple’s popular iOS mobile platform. Retrospect 3.0 for iOS includes full support for iOS 10 and iOS 11 as well as support for cloud backup sets such as Backblaze B2 and Wasabi.
Millions of people around the world use Apple mobile devices. With Retrospect for iOS, administrators can use their iPhone to instantly check on their backup environment from anywhere, identify computers that aren’t protected, and start a backup for those with one touch. With this latest release, administrators can view Backblaze B2 and Wasabi cloud backup sets.
Retrospect 3.0 for iOS is compatible with Retrospect 14 for Mac and Retrospect 12 for Windows. Backblaze B2 cloud storage integration is supported with Retrospect 14 for Mac and Retrospect 12 for Windows. Wasabi cloud storage integration is supported with Retrospect 14.5 for Mac and Retrospect 12.5 for Windows.
If you see a warning about iOS compatibilty, please delete the app and re-download it. This clean installation should resolve the issue.
