Performance Improvements for Partner Portal

We launched our partner portal in September, enabling every Retrospect partner to see a complete view of their customer base, with license history and upgrade options for every customer, and it’s now used by hundreds of partners.

This week, we’ve significantly improved its performance, so that most partners can load all their customers and licenses in a couple seconds. For our largest partners with thousands of customers, the portal now loads within ten seconds. These performance improvements help our partners access customer information faster than ever.
