Customer Portal Now Available

We’re pleased to release a self-service customer portal on Retrospect.com.
The new portal–secured with industry-standard SSL encryption–enables customers to log in to Retrospect.com, browse their entire Retrospect purchase history, retrieve current license codes, and verify that their annual support and maintenance (ASM) agreement is up-to-date. The portal has built-in integration with the Upgrade Wizard, so customers can see their upgrade and renewal information with one click. Technical support cases are also integrated into the portal, allowing customers to view the status of current cases as well as browse older cases for reference.
In addition, customers registered to preview upcoming Retrospect releases can log in to their portal for early access information and downloads.
