Retrospect, Inc. Announces Enhanced Partner Program Benefits and Product Support for the latest Linux OSs

PLEASANTON, Calif.—September 9, 2014—Retrospect®, Inc. today announced enhanced benefits for their partner program that will help resellers increase their business opportunities and profitability.

Enhanced benefits include:

  • Increased margins and lower qualifying dollar entry-point for registered deals
  • Improved purchasing portal for partners who lack a Retrospect distributor option
  • New robust Managed Service Provider/Consultant level
  • Exclusive priority technical support benefits
  • Flexible and tailored Technical Support Engineer led trainings

Deal registration is a key benefit for partners, helping them to win opportunities, increase profitability, and engage Retrospect to assist in maximizing deals. Taking advantage of this benefit also helps to provide partners with a continued revenue stream by allowing Retrospect to track and notify them of ongoing upgrade and maintenance renewal opportunities.

Retrospect’s newly enhanced reseller purchasing portal gives partners more pricing flexibility when distribution is not an option. It provides robust currency options, easy-to-navigate pricing, and near-instantaneous product delivery.

“We are excited to offer our reseller partners and service providers benefits that will help them to grow their business, enhance their reputation, and increase profitability,” said Matt Johnson, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Support. “As the economy strengthens with a constant flow of new small businesses and companies adopting more technology, our partner network is the logical go-to-market strategy that is mutually beneficial to all.”
