If you are attempting to create a backup set and are met with the error that the OpenDirect / Granular Restore module is not enabled, but have available granular restore add-ons, please do the following:
Launch the Retrospect Virtual Management Console (the web interface found at 127.0.0.1)
Go to "Users, Groups & Policies".
Click on the user that is getting the error.
On the top of the browser, click "Backup Client Settings".
Under "Add-on Modules", check the box next to OpenDirect / Granular Restore and update the number of add-ons that need to be allocated to this user, then select the green save icon at the bottom right
You should now be able to create your backup sets with granular restore functionality.
